Just how much dirt is in NY?

It snowed on Monday. It is now Thursday. There has been sufficient time for the snow to be pushed and sloshed around gathering up all the dirt, salt and whatever else while remaining below freezing. It has become a "cookie dough" slush that wont go away. Yum.
